  4. Installation:

  6. Copy all files in ZIP file to a new directory.  Create icon in program
  7. manager - select File New, press OK, and then enter command line as
  8. <directory>TABLES.EXE. Make working directory same directory and title
  9. "Tables Tutor". Press OK.

  11. Operation:
  12.  
  13. Green pull down box allows selection of table.  Press play button to hear
  14. and see table played.  Press Test Table button to test your child's 
  15. performance on selected table.
  16.  
  17. Random button does a random test of tables.  Upper and lower limits can
  18. be manually set for this to bias the selection to easy or hard.
  19.  
  20. Retry can be allowed for wrong answers by marking the check box.
  21.  
  22. The large green box on the bottom left of the screen shows the table build
  23. up using red pegs.

  25. The program will operate on a non multimedia machine but without voice.

  30. The shareware version will only do tables up to six times.  The registered
  31. version goes up to twelve times and costs US $8 or £5.  Send check to
